Do you really come to our home?
Yes! We are a fully mobile veterinary service - we come to you, so your pet can be treated in the comfort of their own home. No stressful journeys, waiting rooms, or crowded clinics.
What areas do you cover?
Each branch covers a specific region - just visit your local branch page to see your area’s exact coverage. If you're outside the standard zone, we may still be able to help (sometimes with a small travel fee) - just ask!
Are you a proper vet practice?
Yes, 100%. We are a fully registered and insured veterinary practice, and all our vets and nurses are registered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
What if my pet is nervous, anxious, or aggressive?
That’s one of the reasons we come to you. Being at home is much less stressful for many pets. If your pet has specific behavioural challenges, just let us know when booking - we can adapt our approach or bring additional team members if needed.
Do you offer out-of-hours or emergency care?
We are not an emergency service and we don’t provide out-of-hours care. However, we’re happy to advise on who to contact locally if your pet needs urgent help outside our hours.
Do you do surgery?
As a mobile service, we focus on preventative care, medical management, diagnostics, and home-based support. We do not currently perform surgery, but we can work alongside your existing clinic or refer you if surgery is needed.
When and how do I pay for the service?
Payment is taken at the time of your appointment. We accept card payments and bank transfer - no need for cash unless preferred.
Can I register even if I already have a vet?
Absolutely. Many clients use us alongside their existing vet for convenience and comfort at home. We can even share records with your vet when needed.
Do you offer pet plans or ongoing support?
Yes, we offer affordable Pet Care Plans that spread the cost of routine care throughout the year - plus exclusive discounts on services.
