Our Pet Care Plans are affordable monthly packages that cover your pet’s routine preventative care - like vaccinations, parasite treatments, and health checks - all delivered at home. It’s the easy way to keep your pet healthy while spreading the cost.
Do you really come to my home for every visit?
Yes! That’s our speciality. All plan appointments take place in the comfort of your home - no car journeys, no waiting rooms, and no stress for you or your pet.
How is this different from pet insurance?
Pet insurance helps cover unexpected illness or injury. Our Care Plans are for routine, preventative care - keeping your pet healthy and helping you minimise problems in the first place.
Can I sign up more than one pet?
Absolutely! Many of our clients have multiple pets on plans. Each pet will have their own plan, and we’ll often visit them together for convenience - and we may even apply a multi-pet discount.
What happens if I move house?
If you're planning to move or have already moved, just let us know. If you're still within one of our service areas, your plan can continue without any interruption. If you’re moving out of our coverage zone, we're always understanding and will arrange cancellation where possible (terms apply). Just reach out and we’ll talk you through your options.
What happens if I change my mind?
We understand that situations change, but our Pet Care Plans are designed as a 12-month commitment. That’s because they’re structured to deliver long-term health benefits at a reduced cost - helping prevent problems before they start. Pets on health plans typically require less treatment overall, and enjoy better long-term wellbeing.

Is it really suitable for nervous or anxious pets?
Yes! In fact, that’s one of the biggest advantages. Many pets who struggle in traditional clinics feel much calmer at home, especially cats, rabbits, and older dogs.
