Do you really come to my house?
Yes! All consultations take place in the comfort of your own home - no need to travel or wait in a busy clinic.
What’s the difference between a vet and nurse consultation?
Vet consults are for diagnosing and treating medical conditions. Nurse consults are great for routine care, post-op checks, preventative advice, and support.
Can I choose whether I book a nurse or a vet?
Absolutely. We'll help guide you based on what your pet needs - and sometimes a vet appointment is unnecessary, although in some circumstances it is a requirement. In many cases, starting with a nurse consultation is ideal.
What kinds of things can be dealt with in a consultation?
Health checks, vaccinations, minor illnesses, post-op care, weight management, parasite control, behaviour concerns, and more.
How long does a consultation last?
Typically 20–30 minutes, but we allow time to ensure your pet feels settled and we can properly discuss any concerns.
Is it more expensive than a regular vet practice?
Our pricing is competitive - especially considering the added convenience of at-home service. And you only pay one consult fee per household (up to 3 pets).
What if you think my pet needs something you can’t do at home?
If we believe your pet needs hospitalisation, surgery, or specialist care, we’ll arrange a referral or help you access further support.
Can I be present during the consultation?
Yes, we encourage it! Pets are usually more relaxed when their people are nearby.
Are you a proper vet practice?
Yes - we’re fully insured, registered with the RCVS, and run by qualified veterinary professionals.
Do you offer follow-up care?
Absolutely. We can arrange follow-up nurse or vet visits, prescription reviews, or check-ins as part of your pet’s ongoing care plan.
