Our dog walking service is built around your dog’s routine and temperament. We don’t do large group walks - just individual attention, safety, and enrichment with someone your dog can bond with.
Perfect for puppies, golden oldies, or dogs that don’t enjoy busy parks. Walks are delivered by trained Pet Care Heroes, or by veterinary nurses for dogs needing medical observation or support.
Every walk includes basic checks, fresh water, and a towel-down on rainy days. We’ll also send you a photo and update, so you know your dog is happy and exercised.
Will my dog be walked with other dogs?
No - our walks are one-to-one for safety, focus, and enrichment.
How long is the walk?
Standard walks are 30 minutes, but we can tailor the length based on your dog’s needs.
Can you walk reactive or nervous dogs?
Yes - we’re experienced with dogs of all temperaments. Let us know what your dog needs and we’ll match them with the right carer.
Do you walk in all weather?
Yes, unless it’s unsafe (e.g. thunderstorms or extreme heat). We adapt routes and durations as needed for comfort and safety.
