About the service
Our grooming service is available for dogs, cats and furies. This service is mainly for hygiene and welfare reasons and not cosmetic grooming. Your pet will be bathed and groomed in their own environment.
Hygiene grooming your pet when needed is an important part of general pet care. The most common reason to hygiene groom is to remove an unpleasant odour or because they’ve accumulated urine, faeces, or dirt around matted areas (sometimes known as a 'potty cut'. Other key areas are around the eyes, ears and head, where excessive hair can become problematic and even lead to more serious health concerns.
It can be common for dogs with specific skin conditions to have hygiene grooming as part of their medical treatment plan as recommended by their vet.
What's included?
The service is largely dependent on the specific pet's needs. Most commonly this includes nail trims as most pets will require these regularly. We do nail trims and hygiene cuts on cats, dogs, rabbits and even more exotic species such as bearded dragons and parrots.
- Bathing with veterinary recommended, high quality shampoo and conditioning treatment

No, this service is just bathing and clipping unwanted matts for hygiene reasons

Yes, we do offer a rabbit cleaning service and removing unwanted matts for hygiene reasons
Where do you wash pets?
Currently we will need to wash pets in their own homes using your facilities. We do provide our own shampoos, treatments and towels.
